How do your 'Drops' work?
We release our handmade cookie collections in limited weekly drops. To secure a box, we recommend signing up for our SMS list to receive early access notifications before they sell out.
How long will my cookies stay fresh?
Each cookie is individually vacuum-sealed to preserve peak freshness. They remain delicious for up to two weeks at room temperature, or you can freeze them for up to three months.
When will my order ship?
Due to the artisanal nature of our baking process, orders typically ship within 3-5 business days of the drop. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your box leaves our kitchen.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) to ensure our cookies arrive with the intended texture and quality.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team immediately for a resolution.
Are there allergens in your cookies?
Yes, our cookies are processed in a facility that handles dairy, eggs, wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts. Detailed ingredient lists for each flavor are included in every box.
